Jacob Nemeroff

Associate Attorney

Jacob Nemeroff is an associate attorney who practices in all areas of the firm's matters, focusing on estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, and general business representation. He has experience with the formation of estate plans for a diverse set of clients ranging from young professionals seeking foundational planning, such as wills and powers of attorney, to high net-worth clients seeking comprehensive planning, such as revocable and irrevocable trusts. In addition to estate planning, Mr. Nemeroff regularly works with clients on complex probate and estate administrations, including multi-state and international estate administration matters. He has also helped small business owners with organization, operation, and succession planning, for their privately owned businesses, having handled matters for multiple business organizations, including limited liability companies and profit corporations.

Mr. Nemeroff received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2019. A double Jayhawk, he is a 2016 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and Italian language studies. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and was admitted to practice in Georgia in 2021.

A native of Georgia, he returned home to Atlanta after graduating law school to begin his legal career. In his spare time, Mr. Nemeroff enjoys playing golf and watching his beloved Kansas Jayhawks, Georgia Bulldogs, and Atlanta Braves.
